The documentation is organised into three levels:
The Guides are openly accessible and explain the concepts behind the platform — how assistants, conversations and the chat engine work together.
The SDK & Integration area shows concretely how to embed the JOKKEN assistants — with all Widget and Chat-App features — into your own system via NPM, without using the JOKKEN UI. You need to be granted access.
The API reference documents the REST interface interactively and requires an additional API access.
